I’m only 2 weeks into PE with the Newbie routine.

I started with jelq-squeeze & manual stretches & aside from a few violet blood vessels (they heal in a day) all was fine.

Than 2 day ago I started doing Dry jelqs instead of jelq squeezes & the tip of my foreskin is swollen now, it doesn’t hurt or anything just looks strange.

Is that normal ?

Since I’m pumping blood directly in to the tip of my penis seems logical that it should be swollen.

It is an indication that you are using too much pressure when doing your exercises What you are doing is pushing water (for want of a better word) along the ducts into your foreskin and it is swelling. It is not blood.

It simply indicates that you are using too much energy. And if you continue to jelq as hard then you will get water blisters, - even blood blisters forming.

So ease off on the pressure . Gains will come more quickly if you treat your penis with care; otherwise injuries will be the result and you will have to stop to let things repair.

My foreskin stays swollen I kind of like the look of it. I did get a blister a week ago, my wrap was bunched up or something and I felt a weird pain where I should of cut the set short and redone everything but I decided to fight through it…Which resulted in a small blister.

Does this happen to a lot of people?

Jelq squeezes are an advanced exercise and as such they are not a part of the newbie routine. You should stick with the newbie routine for at least the first two months.

I would advise you to do wet jelqs instead of dry ones. Dry jelqing gave me a turkey neck.

Reviving this as I can’t post a new thread yet. I’m doing wet jeqls and stretches and my foreskin got all swollen. Did it for two weeks, then took 3 days off, picked up again, in the middle of the third week, I woke up with the foreskin really really swollen, about three times it’s normal size, package is looking funny. I’m not going to touch it for a day or two, hoping this disappears.

Mine only got swollen once I jelqed right after pumping. And that was it. Never again.

By the way I am circumsized so I mean just below head.
