Well, I started PE’ing on August 29th with a BPEL of 6 1/4” and an EG of 4 1/2”
On Wednesday me and the girlyfriend were doin the dirty, I pulled out to rearrange myself right quick, I looked down and thought, “well, that looks bigger than normal, interesting” and kept going on about my business.
So I remembered this today and thought, I should delve into this further and measure. Sure enough, new BPEL is 7”, a 3/4” gain so far. Kinda bummed in the aspect I’m hoping for more girth then length, and my girth is still 4 1/2”, but I sure as hell ain’t complaining ;) All in good time for that I’m hoping!
I’ve been trying not to measure very often, which has been difficult, but waiting a couple weeks to measure proved worth it. I figure measuring a 3/4” gain after 3 weeks (since last time I measured) in the long run will be more fun and fulfilling than measuring small gains every 5 days which is about when I normally want to measure lol.
It’s been extremely hard to stay consistent with the newbie routine w/work, not telling the GF I live with, college football games to go to a long way from my house, and trying to find a new job. But I’m doing my best and it seems to be working!!
But also a quick question. I’ve been following the newbie routine, which of course is
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
But I’ve been hearing and reading more and more about a cool down, as opposed to the 5 minutes of hot wrap after routine. Should I switch this to a cool down? Or keep with the hot wrap after I’m done jelqing. Thanks.
