Ok so I’ve been going at it for 3 or 4 months now with the newbie routine. No gains whatsoever. Rock hard erections but thats it. I recently began jelqing before stretching. My routine goes as follows, 15 minutes slow jelqs, 10-15 min of stretches and starting three days ago a ace bandage wrap after my routine to keep me from turtling. Please help me guys, I’m in desperate need of a routine. My goals are 1 inch EL and whatever girth I can get. Stats: 6 1/4 BP and 4 1/4 girth widest point. These measurements taken with a ROCK hard erection after edging.

You’re turtling from your routine? This is bad sign number one.

Plump is good.

I think you need to either work on length or girth. Not both at the same time, I tried both and got nothing as well. I mean mild stretching just to get warmed up is good. But if I were you I’d concentrate on girth, you’re length isnt bad unless you have a huge fat pad.

Well momento, after jelqing I am much more plump and have a great hang.. But that only lasts for about 5 minutes and then I do go into sort of turtle, not a real bad turtle but surely not my best flaccid. I do the newbie routine about 3 or 4 days on 1 off, it varies. By slow jelqing I mean 3 to 4 second strokes. Is that bad that I turtle 5 minutes after my workout?

Do you hot wrap after your routine?

Those strokes are too long probably. How good is your estimate? 2-3 seconds, OK. 3 or more especially at your stage is too long.

Sorry for being so unclear guys. I’m really not trying to target girth at the time, I’m waiting until I hit my goal in length to worry about that. Yes I hot wrap before and after workouts. By the way I’m a skinny bastard, my nbel is 6. I know I need the girth but I really really want to hit 7” bpel. I also don’t get the sore feeling much anymore which leads me to believe I need a new routine. What are your guys opinion on random stretching and jelqing throught the day as well?

I’ve been doing PE for many years, long before I found this site. I started with pumping, then jelqing, then bends, then a little hanging. Thats when I decided I need to either work on girth or length. Up until the hanging I was only working on girth. Once I tried to gain by hanging and jelqing I didnt gain. Trying to do both I think was just to taxing on the unit. Now Im clamping, and seeing good results.

I’ve read from many vets on this site that you should do one or the other. And with experience I agree with that assessment.
