Stretching with the Auto-Extender Cap

I got my Auto-Extender this past week and performed my stretches with the cap tonight. Awesome stretching.

I am back on shift tomorrow though, will not be able to use it again until Sunday night.

Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday. (JW)
