Stretching and Turkey Neck

Does stretching cause turkey neck? And does stretching more in a particular direction cause it more than in other directions?

Stretching can be linked to creating a turkey neck. Ball ringers remedy this by holding and stretching the scrotal skin so that it is not stretched with the skin on the shaft. I’m having trouble finding a link so other members may be able to help you out with that.

Yeah, well the problem is the same, except it’s static rather than in slow motion. Solution should be kind of similar.
