Stretch/Jelq Order

In most routines I see call for manual stretching and then Jelqing. For whatever reason I find that if I stretch before jelqing the jelq isn’t as productive. Is it at all counterproductive to jelq before stretching or even do them separately?

In my opinion, PE is like training other muscles. When people go to the gym they usually follow the order of a quick warm up(warm wrap), stretch (manual penis stretching), lift weights (jelq), warm down(warm wrap) & finish with stretching(penis stretching again).

I don’t know whether the stretching of the penis helps but in my mind perhaps it relaxes or expands the corpus so that it can take more blood flow to have a better jelq or perhaps it’s just to get the penis ready for the jelqing. All I would say is be careful if you jelq straight away, make sure you don’t go too intense.

For me, stretching seems to make jelqing more effective, and vice versa. My penis tends to get erect at the drop of a hat, and I can’t even stretch without becoming erect. So I must take frequent breaks while stretching right after my warmup. However, after I’ve beaten it into submission through jelqing, I do another five minutes of stretching. At this point, it no longer tends to become erect when I try to stretch, and it feels good stretching it when it’s warm, long and limber. But I’m only a beginner (since Novemeber) and have had no demonstrable erect length gains, so who knows whether I’m doing something that’s effective.
