Yeah.. OK, I’m a “hater”. If you had read the post longer, you would have seen that I said I’m not recommending it. Obviously no one would actually try it anyway. It was more of a thought experiment than anything. Thought experiments are integral for science and inventions.

What would you think about wrapping an erect penis with a few layers of medical tape, followed by a couple rounds of duct tape (and possibly including some type of cast or frame that would prevent the tape from collapsing in)? That would be possible to take off, but I’m not sure if the tape alone would be sticky enough. Do you think it would slip off? Just brainstorming.

Dude, you are just totally off on your thinking on how the anatomy of the penis works.
Trying to attach something to the skin to hold girth just will not work. Girth is controlled by the tunica layer which lies underneath the skin and what controls and holds the tunica expanded is blood pressure from within. You cannot mechanically attach something externally to your penis to hold your girth in an expanded state.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
