Sense of Change in Length: None— if it wasn’t for the ruler, I wouldn’t believe it was over a half an inch longer.
Sense of Change in Girth: None— but as far as I can tell I haven’t gotten any.
Comments from current girlfriend: None.
Two sets of ten 3 second on/ 3 second off Kegels while under tension.
I use an upside down V from two fingers with the thumb locking in the head.
Light to medium stretching (5 pounds pull at a guess) for 20 to 30 minutes four or five days a week while fairly unaroused.
I generate the tension by gripping firmly, bending my waist, setting my hand in a spot, and then straightening my waist.
After about 10 minutes of stretching, I use the other hand and individually locate the ligament on the spine and squeeze it firmly and then milk the ligament towards the tip. Each time I have release the squeeze, move hand to base, pull down skin, resume firm squeeze and stroke ligament upwards again.
I do *not* grasp the entire shaft in a tight “ok” grip.
After about 5 to 10 minutes of milking the main ligament, I dig fairly deep in on the left side and locate the base of secondary ligaments, I squeeze them firmly and milk them upwards about 3” to where they merge with the shaft and main ligament. After about eight to ten milkings, I dig deeply and locate the major secondary ligament on the right side of the penis and milk it similarly.
I make each milking stroke move about 1” per second.
I finish at the end with some dry jelqing (“ok” grip), attaining a 60-80% erection, pulling the skin down before each upstroke, and then making a 3 second move up the shaft- a total of 10 to 20 times. The last few jelqs, I do a version of the horse exercise, where I push down on the head (making it and the shaft easily 6” circumference and fairly red but only short term).
I also sometimes get in another 15 to 20 minutes of tension only (pulling while gripping the head in a V + thumb grip) during my evening commute.
I broke a ligament in my foot when I was young doing stretches so I am being VERY careful about the degree of tension. As a massage therapist I know that myofascial tissue and ligaments react better to -slow- -medium- pressure *plus* -time.
I’m a bit concerned about excessive “ok” grip since I know that you can blow out veins with pressure in the wrong direction but I also know that our pricks can take a fair amount of abuse.
My ultimate goal is 7.5”. I have no clue if I”ll make it there but this has been pretty damn gratifying. I *really* appreciate that thunder runs this place- I have been bothered by being 6 1/4” inches since a former lover innocently said, “I expected it to be bigger on a big guy like you” (I’m 6’5”). This was .. Oh.. In the 1980s?
