Hello,

I don’t mind my length so much, but I really hate that my girth is so far below average. If I can get to even 4.5” girth I will be a lot happier than I am now. I guess I can use a penis pump before sexy times to temporarily boost my stats, but I rather increase my base stats so that I don’t have to do that every time. I’m a total noob so I was thinking to start with the newbie routine to condition my penis. However, I want to avoid getting a turkey neck and it seems that jelqing lengthens your penis by stretching your ligaments which means I will have a lower erection angle right? So is it possible to just focus on girth exercises and see gains in that department? Have any of you been successful with this or started with my stats?

Jelqing will not lower your erection angle if anything you have stronger erections which will give you a higher angle. Try 5 mins of stretching and 10 mins of jelqing at first and see how it goes.

You said you were starting with the newbie routine, that’s perfect. Stick with that for a while, learn to listen to your dick, and keep reading. Spend some time in the injuries section, so you know what to avoid. Then read up on clamping and pumping. Clamping, pumping, and jelqing are what come to mind for girth work. Oh, and manual clamps, like the Uli #3. Good luck!

I am similiar to you. I’m around 6.25 BPEL and 4.2 EG. I have been lurking for years and tried it a 2 years ago. I must have went too hard because I experienced numbness and numb during sex once or twice.

I did notice that my flaccid has improved a bit. But my EQ has gone down from rock hard to 80%. Porn and lack of consistent sex may have contributed. Also, chlosterol is a bit high and my cardio sucks.

I think jelqing will improve your overall EQ and size. I’m still learning and contemplating trying again. 4.75EG would be a dream with 7.25 BPEL.

Just read up on here and find users you trust. I found some that give me confidence.

It’s interesting that my first post triggered your first post. Yeah I’m really worried about giving myself penile issues, I’m going to try and start slow and work my way up as suggested. I’m still not sure if the whole thing is a weird scam or if it actually works, only one way to find out I guess.. If I could gain one inch in girth I will be happy.

Seeing as how you have similar stats to me, I wanted to ask if having sex is still a fun activity for you and your partner. I’m asking since reading stuff online is making me think having fun with 4” girth is difficult. Also if you don’t mind me asking how tall were your partners? I’m asking because I understand the size of the vagina to be proportional to height.

1. It’s not a scam, it works, but unfortunately exactly what exercises and what intensity is right for your penis is something you have to figure out on your own. Just because something works for someone else, and they got crazy gains, doesn’t mean that you will.

2. Stretching and jelqing in a direction lower than horizontal will stretch the ligaments and will lower your erection angle. I myself regret stretching in a downward direction because my erection angle went from about 45 degrees above horizontal to basically horizontal. I preferred it before.

Luckily, you can stretch and jelq in an upward direction and concentrate all the forces on the tunica, avoiding stretching the ligs.

3. Once you condition your penis, clamping and manual squeezes (what I prefer for the sake of safety) will be your friends because they target girth the most. I basically started gaining girth when I started doing manual squeezes.

4. Less is more. Don’t get greedy and start increasing your workout times and intensity. Days off and deconditioning breaks are just as responsible for gains as are the actual exercises. Do the minimum amount of exercises with the minimum intensity that still yields results. That will minimize the risk of injury, loss of EQ, and ensure you can keep gaining long term without resorting to more and more intensity, which leads to injury.

5. Ensuring that the tissues of your penis are hot, either through a hot wrap, rice sock, or doing your exercises in the shower is one of the most important things PERIOD.
It makes the tissues stretchier, allowing you to get more expansion, and thus bigger gains, and they also reduce the chance of getting injured.

For a long time I didn’t buy into warm ups, and I got lots of (luckily) small injuries and I experienced shrinkage after exercising and a loss of EQ without noticeable gains. Once I started doing all my PE in the shower after letting everything get nice and hot for 5 minutes, I stopped getting injuries, started seeing gains, and improvement in EQ.


STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

I used a Penomet pump for 2 1/2 years and wet jelqs in the shower before pumping 100 reps. The pump gave me 80% of my gains. I’ve done a little clamping over the last year also which is very effective. I’ve switched to air pumping now to try to even out the taper on my dong. I bought a Leluv pump And I’m working at packing the 2 inch tube and hoping that will even out my girth. Right now I’m doing two 30 to 45 minute sessions a day and dry jelqs whenever I piss and 100 wet jelqs in the shower still. The Jelqs keep my EQ working perfectly. I’m pushing hard for 7.5 x 5.5 by January!

All of the messages are very reassuring and helpful. I appreciate everyone’s help. I will try jelqing on its own for a few months and see if I make any gains. Currently my erection angle is slightly above horizontal and I will aim to keep it that way. I will try to prevent turkey necks by doing the jelqing technique in which you hold back the loose skin at the base and jelq the rest of the penis rather than the extra skin. I will avoid dry jelqs for this reason and only do wet jelqs, in the shower.

1) Women are very self conscious and all of their physical stuff is visible. Vs a dick which is generally not seen in regular clothing.

I will add one thing to this- the size of a woman’s vagina doesn’t always tell you what they want you to do. Some women with larger or longer vaginas only want you to go a few inches deep anyway.

My partners have zero problems with me because I make sure they are good. They orgasm. I’m more worried about my penile structure was somehow damaged. My EQ is terrible and barely keep it up for round 2. My CC doesnt engorge as deep as it used to. Makes me worry about blood flow.

Id tell you to work on tightening your partners vagina walls. Legs on shoulder. Her laying down on her stomach, legs together, enter.

I started with similar size and had no problem making a women orgasm, it’s all in how you use it. I made great gains by pumping but they really started to take off when I did jelqing and pumping together.
