Starting Hangin with Rubber Hanger

Has anyone tried the hanger on tom Hubbard’s site?

It seems like a good, inexpensive, easy hanger. If it works, I’d like to start some hanging sessions with it.

What do you guys think?

The AFB Hanger is one of the easiest and cheapest hangers to make and yes, it does work. If you have done the newbie routine for at least three months than you’re ready to hang, BUT… you need to ask yourself a few questions first.

1. Have your gains stopped yet?
2. Have you read enough about wrapping and hanging to be safe?
3. Have your gains stopped yet?

Had I not reached a plateau I would still be doing the newbie routine. I got the best gains of my PE career with the newbie routine and it was a shame to have those gains halt suddenly. If you are still gaining doing the newbie routine, keep with it. If you have reached a plateau, the AFB hanger is the perfect first hanger. I sometimes still use mine.

This is my opinion. Your mileage may vary.

I’ve been trying for days with this swim cap, and I need more detailed instructions. The way I’m doing it, I’d need like 4 hands to wrap it properly. Help!
