Someone who REALLY needs PE

Hi Guys:

Just found this site thru the Men’s Health site. Obviously most men want a bigger penis, but I having read many of the posts on this site, most of you don’t really NEED PE. I see where many - make that most - of you are already at 6 to 7 inches - I’d kill for that and I be damned if I’d spend 6 seconds worrying about making it any bigger.

Let me tell you what I have - 1.5 x 3.5 flaccid and 4 x 4 erect. Now that guys, is a penis that needs PE. When I read some of the methods in which you guys use, i.e. use one hand to clamp the base of your penis and use the other to strech down to the head. Hell, if I used one hand to clamp the base of my dick, there ain’t no room left on it to stretch anything. Therefore many of the exercises I see that y’all use - I physically can’t do.

My question to you fine fellows is there anyone in my boat (that will admit it) and if you’ve done PE, has it worked and what program did you use, stretching, weigths??? Also, whose program did you use?

In addition, does anyone know if PE surgery has improved enough to make it safe (or at least as safe as any surgery can be). It’s not that I don’t mind stretching myself for a half hour each day for 2 years but, Jesus, that sounds like an immense pain in the ass and I’m just not that disciplined.

I’d like to hear from some of you guys who REALLY have a penis problem rather than you guys who already have average and above average dicks but just want to star in porno films.

If it is a pain in the ass then you are really doing something wrong. :)

Seriously, I don’t know how many guys here started out in your neighborhood, but I bet there are quite a few. One that I do know of, is YGuy. He started out pretty dam close to you and has worked real hard to get where he is at today. He is probably the poster guy for PE and has some excellent gains, but there are others than have gained also. Maybe not quite as much, but they have gained. He should see this post soon and he can tell you about how much, and in what time period, he has gained.

The surgery deal is going to involve work also, you have to hang weights after the surgery to stretch your ligs anyway. So why not give it a try and possibly save yourself a bunch of money.

Will look forward to other replies as well. if I start doing this and it works, I’ll write you a VERY long story that PE will only be a part of.

Hey Glenn, man, I remember being in your boat over a year and a half ago. Luckily I found a paysite which was PenisDevelopment, the first paysite I had bought, then later on found these great forums, PE Forums and Thunder’s. I started out at 4.5x3.5, you’re 4x4, so if you think about it, you’re starting exactly where I started 17 months ago. You may be even bigger than where I started, because girth holds more volume than length. So you already have the jump on me ;)

Have you tried any of the exercises yet? Sounds like you’re familiar with the exercises atleast. I would just keep it simple for now, for atleast the first 3-6 months. Just do some manual stretches and jelqing following that, with hot wraps before and after, and of course kegels. Just keep it simple until you gain some length, then move onto some more advanced routines such as power jelqs, v-stretches, squeezes, and hanging. So just learn all you can now about jelqing and stretching, experiment with the different kinds of grips to use for jelqing, and the kinds of directions to stretch in. Learn to understand the exercises and what you’re trying to accomplish, such as putting pressure on your ligaments when stretching or moving blood forward when you’re jelqing.

You should do PE 4-6 times a week, every week, every month.
Sounds tough, but if you want this bad enough, you can do it. You also want to keep your body physically fit, get your 8 hours of sleep, and get good nutrition. Don’t beat yourself up if you’re not forming these habits right away or you’re not consistent as you want. Just be as consistent as you can be, and keep yourself motivated so you can stick through the times when you’re making gains, and when you’re not. If you stick through those plateaus, when you’ve stopped making gains, and you keep working and keep trying, that really shows your determination, because at some point it does pay off.

Don’t worry about starting out so small, I remember when I first started PE, I just wanted to be average, just to be 6 inches long, now I measure at 7.5x5.5 and closing in on 7.75x5.75. Just don’t overwhelm yourself with thinking, “Well damn… 12 months is a long time to do these exercises 4-6 times a week.” Take it month by month or just week by week. Think short term for now, with the long term goals in the back of your head.

I think to keep yourself motivated is the hard part, in the beginning, but when you see some results you will find it easier to contineu.

Hey Glenn, I am also new to PE. I started about 4 weeks ago. When I started, I felt very insecure about my penis. I constantly thought I was too small. As the days go on, I keep feeling better and better about myself. The gains have been coming fast! I started at 5.3X4.75 and after 4 weeks, am at 5.75X4.75. I am becoming so happy with my new penis. Once you get the hang of PE, you wont want to quit. It will change your life. I used to take penis enlargement pills by the dozen and I had almost given up until I found this site. Just keep it up and I promise it will change your life!

my current measurements are 4,5 erect 2 flaccid so i know what it feels to need PE.
Try hanging (i suggest you to buy the “Bib starter” and do jelqs.
Jelqs will relax your penis and fill it with more blood even the next day. Your hanging flaccid penis is a bit longer and thicker so you can put on the hanger more and more comfortable.
With such a small penis dont take too much weight or dont apply too much force at the beginning…..
My personal routine is at the progress forum.It is a more “lazy” routine you dont have to do very much with your hands…..

i can relate to Glenn, i’m small all the pics iv’e looked @ so far these guys are huge would swap dicks any time and be comfortable,my wife say i’m perfect yeah right, i’m about the same size has glen if nt smaller, i just purchased a digital camera from ebay will take picture as soon has i get it.

Theres plenty of guys out there with Penis’s below the average of 5-6.

Thing is, since the internet especially, many many of them have become over depressed about their size.

Its good that your wife is saying your fine, Wannabe-8inch. There are lots of women out there now who are total bitches (yes its true) and would instantly say your too small and not good enough, but there are a few good ones still around.

Last time I measured when I was 18, I was only just below 4”.

For years I have believed I was 3 1/2 - 4” long, and I havent exactly felt great about it..

Now I just re-measured (26 now) and Im just at 5”

No idea how I got that extra inch in the last 8 years, only just started PE excersises.

No idea on girth, but not that big.

it’s nt a joke i work a warranty company hear in Florida and the girls are dick watchers, or crotch watchers, hey what does nbel and nbpel means,i just registered around Oct 28, still waiting for my camera, i just made a hanger using a 5pound barbell will take pics soon.
