Some Questions

Good evening everyone!

I started the routine a few days ago but when I do it I do not see big changes in terms of color and sensations. Can it be that I apply too little pressure during the jelq and do not pull enough during the stretch?

If I can ask: when should I start seeing changes? Since in any case they are slow, how can I understand that I am doing the exercises correctly?

Thank you all!

A few days in nothing in PE. It takes a long time to see changes.

Of course!! I’m not in a hurry. But because is a long run how can I know I’m doing the right things?

While jelqing you should feel the blood being pushed inside the penis chambers. By going totally flaccid or erect you won’t be able to feel this.

Stretching should feel just like a muscle stretch, but at a far less degree since the penis has no actual muscles. Being warmed up reduces this feeling considerably. Like pulling a rubber band, stretch until you noticed the penis won’t go any further, without feeling any pain or discomfort. This is only possible on the flaccid state.

After the routine is done you supposed to end with a heavier penis and veins more apparent.

Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

In conjunction with what Lenny said do a search on positive and negative PI’s.

Thank you guys!!
Actually I don’t feel it β€œheavier”.
Maybe is too flaccid.
I have to find a way to keep it more erect while doing jelqs but every 3-4 strokes it goes down and it takes a couple of minutes to turn it back.
To be honest I feel a bit of discomfort doing stretches, just a bit, even for a while after the routine is done. I mean, a couple of hours.

Thank you very much guys!!

Btw, what does it mean PI?
