I am using the Newbie Routine, and have a few questions.
-How long do I hold the kegels for?
-I have found that I can do the kegels easier and with greater force if I hold my breath while performing the exercise. Is this bad? Will it have any effect on my sexual life if I am training myself to hold my breath like this in order to do them? For some reason, I feel like I shouldn’t be. Besides, it gets pretty tiring.
-Do I have to do the kegels right then, or can they be performed throughout the day? I think the holding of my breath has made me not really like kegels.
-For my cooldown. If I warmup using 5 minutes of the massage function of the shower head, and then perform my routine under an IR lamp, is there any need for a 5 minute cooldown in the shower again? If the cooldown is something that is ideal, then I will do it. I hope skipping it occasionally isn’t that bad, is it?
