So what do you make of this situation?

Currently doing just a manual exercise routine. Not my first time doing the newbie routine, I started out maybe a year ago with a newbie routine and saw what appeared at the time to be some good progress! Large increase in EQ, and what appeared at the time to be some length gains of maybe .5” over a month leaving me at 7.5”x5”. I stopped doing PE altogether for a long time and since then have continued to measure 7.5” which leads me to believe that what seemed like gains was probably just measurement error and EQ gain.

So now I’m back at it, started the newbie routine all over again two months ago. Dick seemed pretty used to it after all this time, no red spots like the first time, started with 10 minutes of jelqing and worked up to 15 minutes after a month as EQ responses dictated. All exercises are preceded/followed up by 5 min warm up/down periods using hot water. 2 days on, one day of rest, for about two months give or take, and I have observed substantially improved EQ so far zero length gain and perhaps marginal girth gain, but nothing that I can measure so there could be nothing at all. I have tried jelqing a bit harder or longer every once in a while to see how I respond, but so far it usually just results in less of an EQ improvement.

So far, good response to 15 minutes of jelqing and worse response for slightly harder or longer exercises. I would certainly like to see some progress but I do not want to end up pushing myself too far. Am I doing everything properly and just gaining really slowly, or am I under-training right now and I should just stick with longer/harder exercises even if there is no EQ gain at first?

Gaining girth takes much longer time than gaining length so it might or most likely is just too soon to measure any girth differences. Two months is nothing in the big picture.

Also there’s better exercises out there for gaining girth if that’s what you’re seeking, like 440’s and clamping but if you choose to start doing that be gentle as they also come with a much higher degree of risk involved. Last thing you wanna do is hurt yourself, so as said be cautious.

Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.

So is 2 months too soon to see any measurable gains for length or girth?

Can’t agree here. Initially I started PE only for length gains and got 2 cm growth during first 2-3 months. Now I once again got around 1,5-2 cm growth during 3 months, which is REALLY noticeable in flaccid and erect state.
As I tried jelqing, after finding Thunder’s forum, it also worked for me from the 1st month of trying. I really felt how my dick got MUCH heavier. May be my phisiology just lucky one to be so responsive to exercises, but I think if you compile exercise program properly for yourself, it will work for ya just smoothly.

Also, as I run now for almost 10 months PE now - I’m ensured that first and second month, when you start the actual and comprehensive program, MUST give good gains. Just because with simple masturbation and sex your penis doesn’t expand to it’s full capacities(even if you feel HELL STURDY ERECTION). So that right technique should provide 1 cm gain easily.

Yes, it can be too soon. It took me several months to even gain some length some are easy gainers, some hard gainers and some are in the middle.

But if you after around 3 months time haven’t gained a single bit, at least in length it’s time to change routine or totally switch it up and maybe try out extending, hanging or pumping.

All I know is I barely got anything from doing a manual routine alone and it’s only after I started extending I got some good length and girth gains. Everybody is a bit different and respond accordingly. Just remember this all takes time and heaps of it. It is a little weird though that you haven’t got any sort of newbie gains, at least some gains from better EQ.

So it doesn’t really matter that ArtOfBaki disagrees as you just can be a hard gainer. No disrespect towards him though, just saying and talking from personal experience and what I’ve read from others being frustrated that they didn’t gain much if anything at all. Key here is time and consistency in doing the exercises.

Hope you reap some gains soon though and don’t get too discouraged and just discontinue what you’re doing.

I just think there could be some conflating variables, first off being that this isn’t my first time doing PE and that before it seemed like I had some dubious growth, and second that I have really only had EQ to guide my intensity. At any rate I’m going to start pumping sometime soon, and I might try to do a fairly large increase in exercise time, and then maintain that routine for a few days to see if positive PIs occur after a longer exposure to the more intense exercise. I have also been mostly focusing on jelqing and occasionally doing some 5 min stretch sessions, so I may include them more consistently as I go forward. The one thing I haven’t observed is my response to increased exercise over several days.

Jelqing is far from the best thing to gain length, for that you’ll need to add manual stretches as well. I’d suggest you start incorporating a light stretching regimen to your routine as well and see how it goes. Start out light and add time and/or sets as you progress further.

As mentioned before I’ve gained girth as well doing length focused routines the majority of my PE career.

My only advice here is to realize this is a long, preferably never ending process. It takes time and For the first year I would measure no more than quarterly.

Starting Stats: BPEL 8.2 Inches MSEG 5.1 Inches 08/25/2014

Current Stats: BPEL 10.125 Inches MSEG 6.9375 Inches 11/06/2018

It works so do the work.
