Slight discomfort in lower legs from extender/stretcher

I have been using an extender/stretcher that pushes from the base of the penis. In other words, this is NOT the kind that straps to your leg.

I notice a subtle feeling of coldness/numbness/discomfort in the lower legs periodically. I also have noticed it in my fingers and the top of my head.

Is that normal?

I would look at the positions your body is in while you use the extender as a potential source of issues. I am hard pressed to envision a direct relationship with stretching your dick and numbness/coldness in the lower legs.

What seemed even more weird was the coldness/numbness in my fingers and top of my head. I know that there are important nerves and arteries around the groin. As I understand it, kundalini yoga practitioners try to stimulate the perineum/tailbone area and channel the kundalini energy up to the top of their heads, so I assume that is a hub of the body in some way.

It’s pretty mild anyway, and it comes and goes. I just don’t want to injure myself and was curious if others have experience similar.

I’ve used a noose extender for almost a year now and have never experienced anything like this. How many grams of tension are you stretching at?

I’m using the LeLuv slider brand, and it’s pretty bare bones. It’s basically a pair of nuts on a long threaded rods that push against the cradle, so there is no gauge for tension.

Honestly, I think most of the stretching comes from the weight of the device dangling on my penis, because the base isn’t being pushed against my fat pad the way I would expect.

But I only started experimenting with these stretchers. I have only used this slider for two days so far.

There are several cheap brands on eBay that have springs and tension markings… they’re only $20. These are the ones I use. It’s helpful to be able to adjust traction. And, if you have to bend over or something, it doesn’t feel like your dick is goin to rip off!

Thanks, I will take a look at ebay. I was also thinking about buying an assortment of springs and tiny washers to see if I can get them to fit around the threaded rod of the LeLuv slider. The problem is the washer might protrude into my flesh if the outside diameter is too great. It probably wouldn’t work.

I also saw some ebay clones of the stretchers that have suction cups instead of a cradle.

Any connection between your penis being in traction and the top of your head is psychosomatic as is your hands and probably your distal lower extremities.
