Shrinking Penis

Hello, I’ve been doing PE newbie exercise for a week and it looks like my penis got smaller/skinnier. But my hardness definitely got better. Is this normal?

Also, whenever I do jelqing, my penis head/glan gets cold near the end. Something wrong with that?

It looks smaller, or is smaller when measured? Sometimes your mind can just play tricks on ya.

This! Also, if your measurements confirm a loss of size, it’s generally a sign of overtraining.

To add to whats already said, have you eating, exercising, or sleep habbits changed?

No it’s about the same.. I guess it didn’t change. But it looks bit different.

I’ve been exercising as I started jelqing. I’m getting more sleeps these days than before.

According to the PIs, I have two Positive PIs, larger flaccid and harder erection.

But my glan and shaft is discolored.
