I started my PE journey a couple of weeks ago, and I’m doing the newbie routine. I was playing around with my measuring tape yesterday, and I noticed that my NBPSFL is almost 7 inches whereas my BPEL is only 6.3. After some research I came to the conclusion that I need to work on my smooth muscle (girth exercises) in order for my EL to catch up to my stretched. Is this accurate?

My advise is to continue doing the Newbie Routine.

Also. watch how penis responds to Your workout (in general and different exercises), mainly by watching PI’s.

By the time You will get enough experience and information to decide what to do.

What is your bone pressed stretched flaccid length? That would seem to me to be a better (more accurate) comparison to your bone pressed erect length of 6.3” than a non-bone pressed stretch.

I’m not sure. I was using a measuring tape like the ones used for sewing so it was hard to stretch and bone press and measure all at the same time.

Seriously, just do the newbie routine for the first 90 days (minimum). It’s proven to work while minimizing the risk of injury — and right now, you’re unconditioned cock is especially prone to injury. The routine works; there are hundreds (thousands?) of us here who have gained from it. Why try to reinvent the wheel?

Ok. I’m just going to stick to the routine and see how my gains are after 90 days or so.
