Should I be doing a more girth oriented routine?
I started my PE journey a couple of weeks ago, and I’m doing the newbie routine. I was playing around with my measuring tape yesterday, and I noticed that my NBPSFL is almost 7 inches whereas my BPEL is only 6.3. After some research I came to the conclusion that I need to work on my smooth muscle (girth exercises) in order for my EL to catch up to my stretched. Is this accurate?
