Heres my current routine, I just increased it a little bit.
A minute and a half stretches-straight,up, down, left, right, and vstretch X2
(Forget the name) kegel while stretching up-x100
BTC strecthes- 1 minutes x2
After these 3 excersises I either jelq for 8-10 minutes or wear an ads for 40-60 minutes, depends on my mood lol
Prior to this I did a lesser variation of this workout for 3 weeks. I just measured today, I’m not totally sure but I could have gained 1/8 inch in length and a hair of girth. Or it could just be a good day lol. Either way I definitely have a bigger flaccid hang throughout the day, so it’s still worth it. And prior to those 3 weeks I did the newbie routine with little to no gains.
Any suggestions on my routine? What to add or change to it?
