Routine For A Beginner

Hi, all. I’m new here, about 5 inch at the moment and want to reach 7 inch in a year. I’ve checked out some posts including the newbie routine, but I can’t use anything to warm my penis up. Is there any way to warm it up without using external things? I thought of starting with stretching, dry jelqing, edging, and kegels in one routine every other day. In what order should I do them? And what amounts would you recommend for a beginner?

PS I apologize if I’ve looked over something.

Why cant you use anything to warm up? A warm washcloth works fine or a heating pad or rice sock etc. Warm up is is possibly the most important part of the routine.

Because of my family. I don’t want to go into details but my situation is pretty much toxic and I need a way in which I raise the least amount of suspicion. I’m going to do the routine at night as well. I read somewhere that I could try putting my penis in-between my legs for a few minutes which would be better than not doing a warm-up at all but I don’t know how effective this would be.

My suggestion is to follow the newbie routine exactly the way it is outlined. If you are worried about the warm up, just start the exercises slow with minimum tension. That’s how I warm up.

I would try getting a heating pad for your “back” or something like that. You could keep it in your room so no suspicions are raised. Whatever you decide, be careful and good luck!

Warm ups are subject to debate. I don’t warm up, experience gains, and I go straight to hanging 10lb+ when I start on my length days, and on girth i start with 50jelqs before I clamp thats it. I might do a couple manuals sometimes before hanging Literally like 3 or 4 short tugs. So as long as you listen to your body I wouldn’t worry too much about the warm up.

BUT if you are that worried about it:
A) Tuck your penis between your legs
B) Take a hot shower before you go to bed
C) Get a rice sock and put it in the microwave
D) Move out of parents house?
