I have been doing this for a few months now, but just started really, really getting serious about exercising this week and have noticed that my penis is so much more full during sex. My erections are twice as hard as they used to be. My penis is fuller flaccid and hangs lower too. Appreciate all the advice given by the members here. I’ve been stretching every way and jelqing.

I think a lot of guys get newbie gains purely as a byproduct of a stronger erection not a longer/bigger dick. This is a good example of what I believe.
