Requesting Help Getting In Contact With Monty At PeWeights Seeking an Air Clamp

Hello all, long time lurker but never needed an account until now.

I have been trying since December to buy one of Monty’s air clamps from his website PeWeights.

I get no response from the message page, his email returns as un-deliverable and the captcha is out of date so I can’t use the order form.

I would appreciate some help from anyone that is in contact with him or at least an update on his status as a vendor.

I have been clamping for almost a year with a cable clamp and strips of mouse pad and would really like to try one of his air clamps.

Several members have had no luck getting hold of Monty for some time now, probably safe to assume he’s no longer in business.

His web site still looks like it is active. Strange he would pay to keep it running and then leave it unattended.

That is what I found really strange, you would think he would at least take it down or put up a notice.

Ha ha good question. I have noticed a few guys on here enquiring about the air clamp of late. Maybe someone will fill us in🙂

I guess the purpose is to cut off venous outflow and leave arterial inflow. I guess any cuff capable of around 100hg is enough. I googled occlusion cuffs and got lots of training heavy duty occlusion cuffs for sale.

I have a better guess from looking at product picture I think the air clamp is a veterinary blood pressure cuff.

Monty hasn’t been around at Thunder’s since May 2016.

I maybe wrong but isn’t his airclamp nothing more then a baby blood pressure cuff? Which would be very cheap off any other site like amazon or eBay. His weights are way overpriced too considering there just golf weights.

He actually cast the weights himself from lead and then coated them in plastic.

I’d love to buy some as they are heavier and smaller than golf weights.
