I’ve searched for some info in the past threads but I didn’t initially see anything directly focusing on the subject. I do some normal stretching and maybe 200 wet jelqs. I am starting to see 7 or 8 red, pen-tip sized spots on the left side, about halfway down the shaft. I’m just wondering how concerned I should be with this and possible solutions.

I’ve got big ones, and they are feelable as well. I’m very concerned about them, because they come back after one workout even though I’ve had a break for a week.

Can they be more than discoloration maybe? Can they lead to diseases or permanent injuries?


Start: 6.3 BPEL x 4.5 MSEG & 4.5 BSEG

Now: 7.7 x 4.7 x 5.5 BSEG

Goal: 8 x 6

That is quite normal in the beginning of the PE journey. The penis is not used to the stress. They will go away after 2-3 days. Nothing to worry about really. If you start getting them take a break form PE until they go away. They will occur less and less often once you have been doing it for a while.

Yeah, modong hit it right on the money. These are what lead to discoloration so be ware. Just let them go away. Eventually you’ll be conditioned enough that you won’t get them anymore. Just take it slow and be gentle.

You might need to take a longer break and let them heal completely. Once they have healed completely they will not come back but don’t go too hard directly after the break, ease into it. I remember that situation at one point in the beginning when they came back but they will evetually heal and let you continue PE. Maybe a two week break would be better.
