Quick gains

So I would be 7.5 now at this time and I’ve only been doing this for a short amount of time

And I wanted to no if it was possible to get it up to 8 in only for weeks? I known some people have things that work better for them and if so could you give me some pointers and I have gained 1/2 wide seens started if thats good? I don’t really no.
