I started at 5.5” x 4.4” BP (4.5” NBPEL) and felt that a 1/2 inch gain would be a great achievement. I am thrilled with my .9” gain in length and slightly more than 1” gain in girth even though it took more than five years to achieve.

You will likely reach your goals quickly, and then we will see if you are still willing to settle for “average”. My guess is you will want “just a bit more”. And so, it starts.
Lol. Possibly. Any tho I’m having a hit my goal and then everything is permanent. Wearing an extender for the rest of my life would kind of be hell.
Most everyones partner will say they are satisfied with your size whether they are or not because they dont think anything can be done about it.

She never complained; she was not aware I was doing it; and has yet to comment on the change. However, I can feel the difference.
