Hi, I read a topic (all of it, I’ve been jelqing for more than 6 months. This is what I have learned.) made by a guy named “newbie” about jelqing and I got pretty scared of what he said, because there was no serious response to the things he said about ligaments and how they are not supposed to be stretched. As I got it from the topic, guys were somehow ironic to him, rather than giving him facts, because he was not giving any real arguments himself. But still I got this question.

Is going carefully on the routines you give for newbies (as the so - called “newbie routine”) certain that it doesn’t cause an damage to this area ? Is it true that ligaments can get damaged by stretching? I know (as you answered and I read and in other topics) that there are examples of people that not only didn’t get damaged but got gains from stretching the ligaments, but isn’t there some other proof that I won’t get damaged?

As I read, some of the old members in this forums, are doctors, what do you say ?

Also, irrelevant question: Red spots after dry jelqing are supposed to be a bad thing, meaning that I have to take it slower or just that my skin is still too sensitive or something ?

Big red spot or small red spots that disappear overnight? Small ones are probably fine.

Yes, I got that. But is there some other proof than people’s accomplishments without having any problems after PE, for this being right on the ligaments?

I kinda suspected that with something like jelqing I could get some girth, because after first having sex and for some long period, my penis started going ribbed and veiny, looking a bit stronger than before. But on ligaments, I can’t see a way that stretching them can match a situation which is possible to encounter under some (extreme perhaps) real life situation , where penis can adapt to match it.

What is big in these cases?

I guess I got the small ones which after I stopped the routine (“newbie routine”) for a day, almost totally disappeared, but my wondering is more like : is it something to be expected because my skin is still too weak or is it an indicator that o do something wrong (I mean the small ones, getting something that persists will obviously be an indicator that I have done something wrong)?

You see I am trying to see where I must to be careful and how much I should stress during work out and at the moment, being a total newbie all I can do is read and ask, on how I can recognise my penis way of telling me :P
