Been doing PE basic newbie routine for about 4 weeks only, but 3 days a week only.

1) Do you guys recommend this exercise for beginners ?
2) Do you need a long penis to do it ?
3) I have a small penis, can I still do it?
4) Do you need a semi-erect penis or is flaccid okay when doing this ?
5) Will this add length ?

Another question :)

6) Is 3 days a week enough for PE ?

1. I assume you mean the BTC stretch? Yes, newbies can do this stretch.
2. If you can reach your penis to grab it from behind you can do it.
3. Same as 2.
4. Flaccid is probably best, but I also do it with what I call full flaccid.
5. Any stretch, as the name implies, is for adding length.
6. 3 days is not enough in my opinion. You should do at least 5.
