Hi guys

I‘m new to this page, it’s amazing to see the wealth of experience and achievements of this community.

I‘m striving for the magic 8‘‘ x 6‘‘. My specifics:
- BPEL 7‘‘
- EG 5“
- Grower
- Downward curvature when erect -> would like to straighten it

Did some stretching, jelqing, kegels years ago. Now I‘m back, taking advantage of home office for the time being. Started a week ago with the following routine:
- Warm-up with hot towel before every stretching
- Stretching with Penimaster Pro, using the rods, not the belt. Works ok so far
- 3-4 sessions a day of 60-90 minutes each, at least 60 minutes breaks in between
- Upward and outward stretches only, to work against my downward curvature
- 5 days on, 2 days off
- currently no jelqing, just kegels

What do you guys think of my approach? Would like to use the next 2-3 months in home office to the extent possible.
Any additional suggestions to advance gains in a safe way, e.g. Pumping or nutrition?

I did such routine some years ago - this time I‘m focusing on using a stretching device. In a controlled and moderate way I would say

3 weeks in all goes fine and I made some adjustments to my routine:

- 10 minutes rice sock incl. Some manual stretches
- 20 minutes easy stretching with 450gr tension. Using the Penimaster Pro vacuum head with a string attached to it and the weight. Not downward but horizontally
- 40-70 minutes in Penimaster Pro extender with rods. Tension 700-900gr. Wear it upward and horizontally. Sometimes also downward but only for 5-10 Minutes. Would like to work against my downward curvature, so not sure whether it makes sense to also wear it downward from time to time. What do you think?

I do this set 3-4 times a day, 3on/1off and 2on/1off.

Just bought a Thickwall pump with 1 3/4“ diameter. Idea is to complement my routine with some pumping. So far only did 5x1 minute with -2inHg at the end of every second set (after jelqing), so max. 2x a day.

Would highly appreciate any views and tips for my routine, especially the pumping part. Focus is on length, but would also like to gain girth over time.

I would start with using constant heat. Wrap the cylinder with a heating pad.

You mean instead of the rice sock or do you mean pumping with heat?

You want warm heat continuously for everything you do.

Agree, I also use the rice sock during the first 20 mins of stretching with constant weight. Makes me much more relaxed and stretched. Will try the pumping with heat, thanks for the tip!
