Is there a rule regarding which you should do first?

I have been lurking in the pumping section and those guys seem to swear by pumping to get alot of girth gains

I don’t believe there is a set rule, however, clamping before pumping would seem the most logical. Perhaps a vet will chime in.

I’ve heard that it is advantageous to clamp first and then pump. I do both, but usually I pump before a clamp because pumping is actually my warm up before clamping.
I put hot water in the cylinder and heat up for a few minutes; then when my dick is warm, I pour out the water and re-pour some new hot water; then I pump for around 10 minutes between 5-7 in. Hg; then I clamp while watching some rough Rocco anal scene for example for around 20 minutes. I just did this actually; the one with Roxy Jezel, absolutely criminal anal scene. I get edema from both pumping and clamping. Growth is a slow process et cetera.

I’ve read a lot in the pumping forums, I think most of the knowledgeable vets who have gained girth would say do one or the other. In other words, not both in the same workout.

If you are still a newbie, you shouldn’t do either until you’ve done 3 or so months with the standard newbie routine. But I guess that goes without saying.

After experimenting with both ways, I found I was getting maximum expansion by doing a clamp set, then a pump, then jelqing, then rinse, repeat. However I worked up to this gradually, continuing with what sta-kool said, safety and caution are of primary importance, especially when begenning new routines.

I’ve heard that you can start pumping even if you have never done any PE before. So why it shouldn’t be a problem to do some pumping now and then between the newbie routine? Maybe even jelq a little before/after pumping.

Because newbies don’t know their penises well enough, or understand PI’s that well. So they tend to overdo things, pump too hard, etc.

If you have some newbie routine under your belt (3 months or more), you learn a lot about your penis and how it responds to PE. So you are less likely to injure yourself with the advanced exercises/devices.

Plus you may find manual routine is all you need to grow, so you do not need to buy any devices.

I’ve also found a routine similar to this one to be the best way to get expansion.
