Pumping or extender?

I first started PE approximately 10 years ago. I performed the exercises religiously for about 10 months and was happy with my progress, until I had a non related
Health issue. Lost my gains. During my recovery, I had delusions of grandeur and bought not only the bathmate x30 but the hydro x40. I enjoyed the temporary results I received from the smaller bathmate, but not the process (water, unknown pressure, etc). I will be starting PE again, but I’m undecided whether I should spend a substantial amount of money for the penimaster pro for mainly length or whether 2 cylinder mustang pump packages that are available to buy, would be more cost effect whilst still providing both length & girth gains? Any help would be appreciated? Thanks.
