Preventing loose skin

I’ll keep this brief. Which is more likely to stretch the skin, hanging (bib starter) or manual stretching/jelqing? I’m contemplating starting to hang, but am a little weary because of the above concern.

In PE, loose skin is very often the first phase of a gain. The exercises we do do stretch penile skin. Gradually we grow into that from the inside out.

Or is there some aspect of loose skin in some particular area that makes you nervous?

Not particularly. Just loose skin in general. I guess loose foreskin skin is of concern.

The uncut guys will help you with that.
