Posting messages

I was trying to post in the members only forum and got this

2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
3. If you are new you may not have permission to start a thread in this forum.
4. If you have never posted, your account may have been refused at the application stage.

Why?

After you post 19 more times you will be allowed to start a thread anywhere.
