I usually stretch for about 15min, and jelq for perhaps 20-30min / day. After my routine I use a tied up empty condom ( because of it’s immense stretchability ) to kind of clamp of blood from my unit. I wear this contraption for 2 x 4min; the unit maintains a super hard erection and seems to swell just a bit.

Has anyone else tried this?

I’ve been doing PE on/off for nearly two months. Started taking it more seriously since the beginning of January. I have no plans of moving into clamping before PEing properly for at least half a year. Do you think the thing I’m doing now is too much?

I kegel ALOT every day, and my erections are stronger, meatier and fatter than ever.

The tip is tied to the ring, to form a circle. I then fold this ring twice. I guess it can be considered clamping in some way, although a mild form of it.
