Possible injury or not

Possible injury or not

Here’s my short PE history..
First I did 150 jelqs, then took 1 day of, then 200 and 250 jelqs in two days, then one day off, and yesterday I did 300 jelqs. Including warm up and warm down with rice sock, of course.
I also did 15 JAI stretches after jelqing yesterday. Only then I noticed something for which I’m not sure if it was there before JAI stretches, but I noticed it after JAI stretches.
A small lump, very slightly discolored towards blue/purple shade, on the very centre of my glans. It was a bit hard when I touched it, but it didn’t hurt.
Then I decided to stop doing JAI stretches, just to be sure, at least for that day. I did 6 minute warm down and it wasn’t there any more.

After waking up today I see there’s still a very very slight discoloration, very hard to see, almost non-existent, maybe I’m even imagining it. Lump is still gone, luckily.
I’ve read about injuries and treatments and I’m wondering should I take 3 days off or jelq today as planned?

Now, what could have caused that little lump? JAI stretches? Too many jelqs? Maybe too strong erection while jelqing?
I can’t keep 60-80% erection when jelqing, it gets harder than that after a few strokes, but luckily it starts to subside after first 100-150 repetitions.

Thanks in advance.

P.S. I do dry jelqs.

One more question.. Is there a way to incorporate cock ring in PE?

Dude you’re are going to lose you’re dick if you train like that! Too much, not good at all!

Started: 15.5cm x 12cm, Now: 19.5cm x 13.3cm, Goal: 21cm x 15cm

I'm going to reach my goal, and there is no one who can stop me! Yes, I'm a persistent bastard :D

My Pictures! I am back baby, and I will hang out with my wang out!

You can’t add 50 more jelqs at every session, and 300 jelqs are too much for a newbie: I mean wet jelqs; dry-jelqs are way much harder on your unit, and I think that one should start with no more than 25 dry-jelqs.

Your injury is probably caused by too tight grip when jelqing. JAI stretches aren’t for newbies also. I suggest you to take a week off and use this time to read as much you can in the newbie forum, especially the newbie routine.

Take care and good luck.

I wouldn’t’ keep on adding 50 per session, I wasn’t planning to go over 300 in next 2 months or so.
Only 25? But that’s just 1.5 minute of work.. Is that really enough?
If I start at 25, at what pace should I add repetitions up?

Trust me, I’ve been reading quite a lot in past week or two and I know that dry jelqing is harder on the penis than wet jelqing, but I didn’t read anywhere that it’s that much harder.

It seem you are adding 50 strokes every next session.

You haven’t read is that much haredr? Well, now your penis is telling to you just that :) .

Yes, but I wasn’t planning to go over 300 in at least next 2 months, as I’ve already said.
I didn’t find anywhere recommended amount for a newbie.

Anyway, what’s the reasonable amount of dry jelqs then?
With how much should I start after taking one week break and how much/how fast should I increase the amount over time?

Just to add, I don’t feel comfortable doing manual stretches, that’s why I’m doing the newbie routine with only warming up, dry jelqing and warming down.

I think for a newbie 25 strokes of dry-jelqs are good. If your PI’s are good then you can add 5-10 strokes every week. I never heard of somebody doing more than 100 dry-jelqs; I’m a vet and I do 50 strokes.

You can replace stretches with flaccid jelqs, give it a try; however I would suggest don’t give up stretching - what’s exactly your problem whit stretches, if you like to say?

So when and if I get to 100 dry jelqs, they will take approximately only 5 minutes?

I can hardly do dry jelqs with 60-80% erection, can’t imagine doing them flaccid..
I guess that comes with time and experience, but I simply can keep it down while jelqing right now.

As for stretches, I don’t know, they’re not uncomfortable in a way that hurts, I simply don’t like the thought of ligaments stretching and I have a feeling that skin is stretching as well.. Also, gripping a bit below glans doesn’t feel right either. I did those JAI stretches out of curiosity.

Doing 100 dry-jelqs require more than 5 minutes, because some seconds passes between one stroke and the next and because, typically, you’ll find that your erection is going down after a while, so you’ll have to rest and regain the desired level of erection.

About the numbers: after some weeks of consistent work, you’ll be able to say how many strokes you need, everyone is different. At the beginning, a low number is good because your penis is not accustomed to that stress and because you need to learn the technique (not as easy as it seems).

I think this thread could be interesting to you:
New Jelq City!

Thanks for the link, I’ll check it out.

Btw, my penis doesn’t go down after dry jelqing for some time. It’s almost fully up all the time.

Okay, so it takes more than just 5 minutes, but still less than 10.
That seem not very much compared to some routines that take up to 45 minutes, as I’ve seen around here.
Newbie routine would take under 20 minutes including the warm up and warm down.
I mean, that’s fine with me because doing PE 45 minutes a day sounds a bit too much, but under 20, on the contrary, sounds too little.
Oh well, I’m a newbie, I’ll give it a shot. :)

That’s the count : newbie routine time = stretches + wet jelqs time > (sole) dry jelq time.

:)

Heh, then I’ll be doing (less) dry jelqing and some manual stretching for start once I’ve had enough rest. :) Thanks for help.

Thanks for the thanks :) .
