hi to everybody.I’m just new to this forum aroud few days only.I just want to ask what is tug back as in loss/lose in tug back and how others can say that they have a low LOT or they have a high LOT and their LOT is at 6,7 and so on?

Hi bob nice to meet you.

If you are holding your penis stretched out and you kegel (contract the PC muscle) in certain postions the penis will pull back into the body (try at a very high angle). As the angle you stretch out at lowers you should find the tug back lessens until finally there is none at all. When you reach this point you’ve found you’re LOT.

Good question. I guess its what you consider high I’d say 6,7 is a low LOT angle.

hi mem, thanks so much for the reply,it’s so clear…by the way i have tried stretching my penis and at the same time i kegel and i found my LOT down below at 6, and my tug back is great at 12,what is your recommendation for me to have a gain in length?…is it stretching upwards towards the chest?Do stretching is the best to gain length and jelqing to gain girth?

Another Q, when i have a complete erection my penis is pointing upwards at around 10+,does this mean that my lig is short and tight?

If you really have LOT of 6, you should do tunica stretching, and yes, that’s done by stretching upwards, towards your chest.

Simply put, yes, but that’s not quite that simple. It depends on what erection level you are jelqing. Basicly…with hard erection; girth and with low erection; lenght. Or so is generally thought.

No, but if your lot is low (like 6 as yours), that means your ligs are loose. Your erection level has nothing to do with tighness of your ligs.

Wow memento, that was the most clear and consice explanation of the LOT theory I have seen! Bib’s explanation was very detailed but I got lost right away in the technical jargon. It seems from the way you put it, that I have some tunica stretching to do as well. Thanks!
