Has anyone else experienced having bad PI’s after taking a shit? My dick turtles and becomes hard. It’s usually back to normal within one hour.

Yes I think it is a normal reaction. I also suffer from the same bad PIs after working out, in both cases my flaccid turtles very badly and also becomes hard.
