Hello all,

I am new to P.E. And was wondering if this issue I have might effect my results in any way. I’ve been working out for approximately 3 years and ever since I can remember, my penis “Turtles” when I work out. It gets very small, almost as if it wants to tuck right inside my body! Its rather annoying actually. Just wondering if anyone can relate to this or knows what this means? Can it effect my P.E. Results?

If you put your PE session after your gym workout, I don’t see how it could have an effect, that leaves you at least 24 hours of rest before the next gym turtle.

Also, turtling when being physically active is very normal and even intended. When you work your muscles, the body concentrates on sending fresh blood to the region you work, arms, chest, back, legs, you name it. The body redirect blood flow to where it is needed. Chances are slim that you will ever need an erect penis when squatting or doing deadlifts :)

That’s what I figured. Just wasn’t sure if the temporary decrease of blood flow would effect my P.E. Results. I guess I will have to try and work out before my P.E. Sessions.

I myself prefer doing the workout during the evening. That leaves a nice night of uninterrupted rest. But you could also schedule your PE sessions in the morning if you’re good at getting up early, that would also leave you quite some hours before going to the gym.

I don’t know for how long you have been doing PE, but if you are fairly new you may be working it too hard right now or perhaps you don’t warm up properly. I’ve never experienced turtling ever since I started to warm up properly.

I’ve only been doing P.E. For about 3 weeks now but I will be starting over now that I’ve found Thunder’s place and the “newbie routine”. I actually over did it with my last exercise which is what lead me to thunder’s place. So do you recommend that I warm up for more than 5 minutes before my session?

Anywhere from 5-10 minutes seem good. I myself, use a bottle with a wide opening (It was some sports drink thing) and fill it with hot water and stick my penis in there for 5-10 minutes. Dry off, do my stretching and once again a few minutes of hot water warm up and then jelqing. I wetjelq and always shower afterwards, I suppose that would also count as a gentle warmdown.

Try using a hair dryer to warm up.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I use a heating pad and grasp my cock with the pad, this allows me to heat the fat pad area, the shaft, and slightly on the scrotum. I also flip my dick from the left to the right and re-grip every two minutes for up to 10 minutes.

I should add that I use the heating pad over my cotton boxers to help manage the heat.
