PE works for everyone?
What do you guys think of the theory that PE would work for everyone. The only reason there are people who claim it hasn’t worked for them, was because they were doing it wrong, not using enough force/weight or they were doing the wrong excercises or they never tried hanging.I also think that gains shouldn’t stop at any point either.
