To answer trangmike80’s question: my routine is an hour of hang time at 7.5 pounds, 10 10-second bc squeezes, 10 rapid bc squeezes, and 200 jelq strokes. I do this six days a week. I will increase the weight and jelq strokes as needed, but the bc squeezes will remain the same. Hope this helps, and any constructive criticism is welcome.

Are you doing one hour straight of hang time? Or Multiple sets with breaks that add up to an hour?

Multiple set that add up to an hour. You should always hang in sets of twenty minutes or less, and take a ten minute break in between sets. It’s also recommended that you do a few kegels while you’re hanging, and a little light jelqing during your breaks to help restore blood flow. And always use a warm wrap before any routine. Also, be sure to do the newbie routine and manual exercises before you try hanging.
