PE is causing me to masturbate a lot

I’ve been on a jelq routine and it’s been giving me lots of erections and I get very horny and end up masturbating. I’m on my 4th day in a row of masturbation, today was suppose to be a rest day but I masturbated cause it seemed right with all these random erections and being horny and what not. What should I do about this? I don’t think masturbating every day will help heal my penis after jelqing sessions.

It is a matter of what you focus on. If you spend so much time trying to make your dick big, then it’s natural to focus on using it more too.

Let get this straight. PE is NOT causing you to masterbate more. It is your lack of self control that is allowing it to happen.

Just don’t spank it as much. Pick one day out of the week and set that as your whacking day. That way you have something to look forward to and won’t feel bad about spanking it 4 days in a row.
