Sricardo, forgot to respond to the question about frequent urination.

If you have access to affordable alternative health care such as acupuncture, herbs and chiropractics then give some of that a try.

On your own, research herbs and vitamins that can help with that problem. Sometimes the functioning of your kidneys can affect urination habits. Look at herbs that boost the health of your kidneys. A bit more confident this morning.

I do not have the habit of measuring my penis but it felt hard this morning so after playing with I took the ruler and voila! 100% erected at 6 inches Wow! I could not believe it but there you are feels thicker too unfortunately I did not have the starting girth measurements but so long as I am happy all is well. At this rate I am confident to get to 7 or 7.5 but happy to get to 7 and with girth thickness will suffice me as an older bloke.Mind you I have been in celibacy for more than three years (due to my wife severe health problems) if that accounts for anything or nothing.

Now I have been in the PE for three months Should I move to intermediate exercises?

If it’s working, don’t change anything.

Edit: wait, you started at 4” and now are at 6”? Is that right? It would be great for many members if you had pics.

I see! So you think just go on with the routine should get me fix. Not a lot just have been working hard to the point that I’ve had some painful prostate/bladder muscles spams or just on the groin for most of the day as I incorporated some manual stretchings also there is discolouration around the glans and the tip I would assume it is the stretching not the jelqs. In the last few weeks I also incorporated Ulis and two strokes jelqs in my routine.
i know what you are asking for and it is very difficult to wake up with a wood, void and start the day at 5.30 AM with PE exercises then off to work.
One thing though the urnitation problem still continues and makes me wonder if i need surgery to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. I’ll see my surgeon ina few days see what he suggests.

I would drop Ulis, they are dangerous and do about nothing for length. Discoloration around the glans is probably due to the Uli’s. I don’t know why you get prostate spasms. I’m getting the idea that your routine is a bit extreme.

I would just stay on jelqs and manual stretching; if you want to add more advanced exercises, go for fulcrum stretches - ‘A’ and ‘V’ stretches and similars.

Well, some pics would be nice indeed.
These gains, in so little time, are too good to be true, make sure you’re measuring precisely, but if you are, congrats with the tremendous gains.

Marinera is right here, maintain the routine that is working, only when you stop gaining you should worry about changing it.

I was going to say impressive gains at 1” of increase… then I got onto the second page!!! 2”? Wow!!!

Whist doing balooning I measured my girth with a piece of paper marked with a pen and read it 5.5 then measured again mid shaft 5.1

Is that good or bad? have not measured the girth before but it feels much thicker than before.
