I’d like to have some oppinions on my future PE actions. I’ve started in late August ‘08 (6” NBPEL, 4,5” EG) and pretty much finished the point of doing the Newbie routine. I’ve been slowly increasing PE up to 25 min of jelqing, a bit of streching, uli’s. I’ve recently started Clamping and it seems that my dick takes it really well.
Then I’ve realized that PE works. I gained 0.5 in length and a bit in girth also. That was the very famous “point of no return”, I guess. I continued to do some more reading here at Thunder’s and worked out a new routine.
So what I’m here for (I don’t even know if this is the right thread to ask) is to get some oppinions on my POST-Newbie-Routine focussing on Girth.
The last two days I did the following:
5min warm up
3 x 10 Clamping (5-8 min break in between sets)
5 min Jelq Squeezes
20 min wet Jelqing (60-80%)
5 min Uli#3 (80-90%)
5 min of Streching
5min warm down
3 days on/ 1 day off then slowly increasing to 5 days on/1 day off.
It really felt ok but I’m still a bit unsure about the order of exercises. What are the advantages/ disadvantages of doing Clamping before Jelqing? Or should I do it the other way around? In general: is that routine ok?
