I have read many posts strongly recommending omitting masturbation practices from all PE. Concerned not to repeat other posts citing why, I ask simply, could you substitute the word sex for the word masturbation in those recommendations?
No, that is not quite correct. What is recommended is not masturbating directly after PE. Both masturbation and sex is fine as long as it doesn’t happen as soon as you finish your routine.
The thing is, this is a subject of great debate and many guys including myself think it is fine to masturbate as part of my PE routine which for me is pumping.
In any case, there is no problem with masturbation or sex when you do PE. The debate is just on the timing.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Sex and masturbation is two different things. In sex u have pheremones, chemistry and pussy. It affects the brain differently.
