Alright guys, I’ve been around this forum for a little while and have done some PE on and off for the past 4 years or so. With that being said it hasn’t been for more than a few weeks at a time for any given period, including this year. I thought I would make a post, in hopes of keeping myself motivated and attaining my goals. On feb 7 I took measurements. They were as follows: BPEL 7 1/16 and EG around 5 1/16-1/8. Because I’ve been doing it on and off and I have done it this year for a few weeks I think I’m going to start with a more advanced version of the newbie routine (nothing to extreme though). I’m hoping to reach a BPEL of no less than 8” and no more than 9” with a girth of at least 6”.

Id like to note that as of today I have officially started and the routine consisted of 12 30 sec manual stretches (4 up, 4 down, 4 left, 4 right, which I do while in the shower), and 20 mins of 3 sec jelquing followed by very light clamping of sorts (just enough to keep some blood flow in the penis after jelquing). After jelquing my EG was 5.5 even and I can’t tell you how nice to not only see but feel it! Can’t want to solidify that! Ill post some before pics when I get a chance.

Also I thought Id ask about pills to see if anyone has used prosolution pills (or any for that matter) in conjunction with proper PE and noticed any gains.I used magna RX ooooh about 5 years ago with no PE and obviously didn’t notice any gains (didn’t take them for that long either) but I did noticed a drastic increase in lasting power and control..

Alright I don’t want to bore everyone to death so that’s enough for now.

I’d also like to add for all those guys out there that at my current length and girth I have never had a complaint.I say that with 100% honesty. Also only 2 out of the 10 (one being my current gf) I have been with have been able to take it all without it hurting at some point. The reason I want a little more is simply because I like women with a$$ and thighs and it would be nice to have a little extra to compensate. I do please my current gf but there are some positions where I feel I could use a little more to hit her spots.

May I ask your before measurements?

BPEL 7 1/16
EG 5 1/16-1/8

20 minutes of 3 second jelqing is getting towards 400 jelqs. If that doesn’t work for you, a suggestion might be to cut it in half. (The jelqing, not the penis.)

Thanks for the advice. I’m gonna try this and see if I can’t get some gains and if not I may back off a little because overconditioning or overstressing can be a bad thing. And heaven forbid I cut him in half.that would be very depressing and I’m sure the gf would not be happy.

I read in a review, which is also posted on this site, that PE pills helped PEers gain more than otherwise. Not saying it is worth spending money on, as itll work anyway:)

Fine line. He’s good. Now I am convinced, but I don’t have to make the decision.

Chronostone, just saw your measurements and gains.. What does your routine consist of mate? And gain of 1.25 inches in such a short time span is incredible. Congrats.. But please enlighten me.. Lol

I am convinced I would have done this when I started, I would have gained even faster:

Now I just jelq away and watch my PI’s.
