Ok lets be for real this time.
Alright guys, I’ve been around this forum for a little while and have done some PE on and off for the past 4 years or so. With that being said it hasn’t been for more than a few weeks at a time for any given period, including this year. I thought I would make a post, in hopes of keeping myself motivated and attaining my goals. On feb 7 I took measurements. They were as follows: BPEL 7 1/16 and EG around 5 1/16-1/8. Because I’ve been doing it on and off and I have done it this year for a few weeks I think I’m going to start with a more advanced version of the newbie routine (nothing to extreme though). I’m hoping to reach a BPEL of no less than 8” and no more than 9” with a girth of at least 6”.
Id like to note that as of today I have officially started and the routine consisted of 12 30 sec manual stretches (4 up, 4 down, 4 left, 4 right, which I do while in the shower), and 20 mins of 3 sec jelquing followed by very light clamping of sorts (just enough to keep some blood flow in the penis after jelquing). After jelquing my EG was 5.5 even and I can’t tell you how nice to not only see but feel it! Can’t want to solidify that! Ill post some before pics when I get a chance.
Also I thought Id ask about pills to see if anyone has used prosolution pills (or any for that matter) in conjunction with proper PE and noticed any gains.I used magna RX ooooh about 5 years ago with no PE and obviously didn’t notice any gains (didn’t take them for that long either) but I did noticed a drastic increase in lasting power and control..
