I Joined on Jan 9 (I think) and I’m obsessed with stretching and jelqing, I’m doing it every chance I get.
I have some small aches and pains but nothing bad. Apart from a blood blister(about 15mm in diameter) the first day which I massaged out.
Also I think I must have sort of grazed the skin at the base of shaft dry jelqing sometimes my “OK grip” pinches the skin.
I shave that area (shaft and balls) and I must have had a “3 day growth” which possibly aggravated that area, it’s a sort of a stinging feeling. To ease that discomfort I got some virgin olive oil and placed that at the based where the irritation occurred and that helped a lot so I could still perform a semi dry jelq, I prefer the dry jelq to the wet style. Since starting PE I can definitely tell there is a change going on, my cock feels spongier in it’s flaccid state. And in the mirror it looks bigger so I ‘m happy with that.
Tell me should I take day off? I know with body building a rest period is very important is it the same with PE?
