Not new to PE'ing, but new to the forum

I’ve been on various PE sites for about a year now, some I’ve like more than others. I’m looking for raw accuracy and genuine experience-sharing, and a little less product placement. (Of course I’m not opposed to something that’s actually effective)
I’ve lurked for a couple of weeks and found this site to be among the most informative and authentic, of which I’m appreciative. There are alot of crack-pot forums out there.
Simply put, my beginning measurements were 7 NBPEL (which I never had a problem with, natrually) and 4.75” girth (the reason I got into PE). I met my wife in college 12 years ago, and she, at that point, was already VERY experienced. She was quite a little minx, but also a wonderful person. Naturally, I was intimidated and have been fretting about it ever since. My wife has always been careful to let me “know” that she loves my unit just the way it is.but I’ve read enough to know a girthy unit isn’t a bad thing.
Anyway, I started a Newbie routine I learned from Penis Health starting with a few minutes of warm up, “long schlong” streteches, 3 directions for a total of 3 minutes, 50 jelqs with my home-made jelq device, then a few minutes of warm down. A month or so later I up the stretches to about 6 minutes and went to 80 jelqs.than added a clamping squeez (using my hands). I then when up to 9 minutes on stretches and 100 jelqs and 2 20 minute clamping sessions with a cable clamp with mouse mad wrap. I also do head squeezes (2 sets for 45 seconds per clamp set, so 4 sets overall)
I recently had to tone it down on the stretches and jelqs due to a nasty little infection, either yeast or jock itch (I DO BATHE) so I stopped for 2 weeks and am back at it but only 6 minutes of long schlong strecthes (3 sets in 3 directions for 45 seconds each), 50-75 jelqs with the jelq device, and the same clamping session.
I’ve at this for about a year, and current measurements are 7.5” NBPEL and 5” EG (depending on where you measure, I’m thinner near the glans and a little thicker at the base).but I haven’t measured when not PEing for a long time.so if I stopped for a month and measued I’m sure I’d be smaller.
I’m not impressed with my gains.and will be searching for methods that will help add a little length and as much girth as possible. I look forward to contributing and partking in all the info-sharing!
