If you don’t see any progress with your routine, consider reevaluating it, or give yourself a month worth of a break. Don’t rush into things.

Thank you for your suggestion. I decided to have a rest for 21 days in November.

During your deconditioning break, look into your dietary intake, your current routine, as well as other factors that may provoke little to no length gains. For example, I found myself in a strange situation yesterday, not yielding a millimeter while hanging. Despite being frustrated, I finished my jelqs, and recapped that I may be hanging too low, without proper heat and without a proper mindset, which is crucial for slow paced, religious gains.

Just put this into your mind - a full millimeter a week is 4-5 mm a month, a centimeter in a couple of months. An inch in six months. A couple of inches in a year. Which is great.

Yesterday, I have made a long-term effort, so the current stagnation has not affected my mood. I will try different ways and change my rest time.I believe there will be gains.

Good comes to those who wait. I wasn’t too serious about PE, did it occasionally and had good results over the years. I started approximately at your size. I had good increase, but over years. I had longer breaks from PE. During that time I realized, that my gains are permanent. Obviously our body needs longer periods of rest to incorporate the changes, that they become permanent.

Doing PE for me is very pleasant and I’d like to do it every day, but you need a full rest from time to time. I have figured the following: when my penis is ready for exercise it is totally flexible and soft. It is easy to massage and stretch it. After several days of workout it becomes less flexible. This is a clear sign, that it needs rest. Don’t touch it for any exercise in that condition. When it is totally soft and flexibel again it is ready for more.

Also in my opinion and experience it makes no sense to do PE for hours every day. As I said, your penis becomes incapable do accept more training. Also you can cause damage by overdoing things.

You have made amazing gains and are definitely already above average. You are in the group of big penises already! Also I’m sure although looking just short to you you have a beautiful penis. Size is NOT everything. Also focus on your whole body. A gorgeous dick should be accompanied by a great body. Also training your whole body improves your results in PE.
