Hey everyone,

Been using size genetics for just over 6 months now, anywhere between 3-7 hours per day, 6 days a week but not seen any results as yet.

Although I’ve gone from using the smallest bar, to now using the longest plus the smallest, which is a real stretch, I haven’t grown so much as a millimetre.

I’m starting to get out of the habit of using it now because I’ve literally made no gains.

Am I being too impatient?
Has anyone else had this?
Or have any ideas?

I don’t know anything about extenders but if your body isn’t responding I would suggest taking a deconditioning break and then I’d consider starting on the newbie routine. This is a manual routine consisting of stretching and jelqing that has consistently produced gains


My progress Start: c. 5" NBP x 5.5 MEG

Aug 21: 5.9" NBP x 5.7 MEG

Nov 21: 6.5” NBP GOAL: 7" NBP

6 Days a week so 26 days a month for 6 months and each session of 5hours at average.

(30-4)*6*5 = estimated 780hours.

From what I know you should start gaining at this amount. Are you sure the measurement are consistent as possible ?

A friend of mine on this forum used it for 9 months and didnt have any results, some type of extenders are very hard to use I didnt get all of them so I suggest going to the newbie routine. Its the best decision Ive ever made in my entire life. Its hard to understand and difficult to learn jelqing but once you get the hang of it gains will come. And on the plus side you dont have to wear that horrible thing for 5 hours a day.

You’re probably past due for a deconditioning break after 6 months with that routine. Take a month off. When you start again go light tension with the extender and add heat. That’s a lot of time and effort for no gains! I’m sorry to hear that. Other than the recommendation that’s already been given, which is add heat, it’s not looking good for you and extenders! Maybe wait it out for another couple of months with the addition of heat and if nothing happens, move onto the next tool, hanging or pumping.

Had a little break from the extender, going to give it a few more months I think but also start on the newbie stretching routine

That’s what I thought.

The bars that I’m using now are about 1.5 centimetres over my outstretched flaccid length, I definitely couldn’t add any more

I’m going to give the extender a few more months I think but will do the newbie routine alongside it, I’ve been doing a bit of jelqing alongside the extender anyway so should be able to pick it up

Thanks.. That’s what I’m thinking, will give it another 2-3 months but start the beginners routine alongside side it and see how that goes.

The extender - when compressed with one hand - should be at a length that the head of your penis almost is in front of the extender. In other words, the compressed extender should be a bit shorter than your stretched flaccid. In that way, the extender can be worn more comfortably with the noose tightening downwards instead of beeing like «a hangman» for the head. You can be able to not having to tightening the noose so tight, allowing for some blood flow to the head, and also jelq some fresh blood forward to the head every 20 minutes, and by so, doing longer sets. 2-2,5 hours before a break, and maybe more hours per day if you have the time. You don’t mention at what level of traction you are extending. Some years ago, the springs in an extender usually maxed out at 1500 grams/a pair, now they are selling extenders with 2800 grams springs or higher. I would say that - go with the old school, do max 1200-1500 grams of traction. Some guys recommend to go even at 900 grams for higher numbers of hours per day. It is time under traction that counts, and lower traction than 2000+, is more comfortable,and will usually not have problems with extender slipping off, giving you the possibility to wear it for up to 12 hours per day, as the producer recommends for higher gain rate.

Too bad you haven’t got any gains yet, but give it time, and use heat like the other guys says. An IR lamp, or simply a rice sock heated in a microwave. Do some neewbie routine is also a good idea. Good luck.
