Ok, my penis is 4 in. Girth and 5.75 in in length. My goal is to reach a 5.5 in girth and a 7.5 in length. I’ve been jelqing for four weeks now, and still have not seen results, which I wasn’t expecting anyway. However, when I’m jelqing, I start at a low erection level and increase erection level as I go. By the end, my erection level is very high. My penis looks so huge, relatively speaking. But I only see this increase while jelqing. For example, when I wake up in the morning with a boner, it’s still same old same old, it doesn’t look any bigger than normal, which kinda sucks. My routine consists of warm wrap, stretching, fowfer, 450 strokes of jelqing with a horse squeeze at the end, warm wrap, more stretching, and then kegeling. I ususally take week-ends off. And like I said, at the end or my routine, it looks huge, but when I get erections otherwise, there seems to be no change. So my question is: Will I see gains that are more permanent after jelqing for a while or what? I also want to start incorporating more advanced exercises and techniques in a few weeks, if anyone has any suggestions there. I do want to keep my exercises manual though, no hanging and stuff like that. Also, could someone describe to me exactly how to do a horse squeeze. Thanks, seeyas ;) .

4 weeks is nothing. Keep exercising and report back in a year.

If you have been doing the above from the very beginning I can only say that’s pretty heavy. Have a look at:
