Hey, i can say thank’s clamping only for my resistance now. I can use the vaccum at 5-7 Hg without side effect for 5-10’ minutes for 2-3 set. I have stopped my protocol a bit of time, i think restart it soon.

My penis is more heavy now, i have a good dilatation during the pumping. I have maybe gain a bit of girth.

My thrombose superficial is not restored. I think wait few months and if i see no progress i go consult urologue for using surgery

Clamping is very too risky, vaccum is very more safe.

I think so, I use coconut oil so there is no friction on the cylinder walls and some oedema is avoided. :up:
