I’d have to agree with alby… EQ spiked (pun intended) after the first few weeks of PE with just stretching and jelqing. Then it tapered off until I added pumping… then EQ started to drop again. So I’m trying to find the best routine to keep the EQ high and steady. Went back to just doing jelqing and it seems to help somewhat. Then I’ll probably try just pumping for a while. I want to isolate different routines and see which helps EQ the most.

It’s good mate, don’t fill it too full though. The one i’ve got at the moment lasts well over ten minutes at a good heat without having to redo it.

My socks last about the same amount of time/ perhaps up to 15 minutes. It partly depends on how long I leave them in the microwave.

I also find that the cooler can keep my 2 socks hot for about one hour.
